SNL -- Samberg + Ahmadinejad!

Andysamberg_4 Andy Samberg's gay serenade to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on "SNL" this week starts out:

"I remember when it started, saw you on the news. You were hatin gays; I was eating food but I was feeling you. Even though I disagree with almost everything you say you ain't wrong to me, so strong to me, you belong to me, like a very hairy Jake Gyllenhaal to me"

Top Chef: Dale on Top

Dale At last - Dale gets a win! Who knew that cooking for cowboys would finally be the challenge to inspire him (although we did get a hint when he confessed to "sleeping with a few cowboys"). So hot.

Clearly, Brian was doomed. He should've been gone after he perspired through his tour-of-duty as house manager in Episode 8's "Restaurant Wars".  The second he put on that goofy hat (he's a cowboy from Coronado? whatevs...), any seasoned "Top Chef" viewer knew Brian would be packin' it up and heading home.

"Gossip Girl" -- Scary teens

Halloween came early this year, in the form of new nighttime teen soap "Gossip Girl." I was looking forward to vicariously reliving my high school years through the eyes of super-rich, gorgeous Manhattan kids with no scruples. Ok, the CW network delivered all that, but like my first boyfriend and most gay pride celebrations, it wasn't nearly as much fun as I'd anticipated.

Colbert Gaytion: Presidentially Speaking

Stephen Colbert for President? According to last night's guest, Sam Waterston (these Law & Order people take themselves so seriously! Spare us from having to learn what Ice T's political leanings are), a new political reform movement called "Unity08" has chosen Mr. Stephen Colbert as one of its frontrunners in a bid for the White House. Ever the skeptic, Colbert questioned the group's use of the internet as a democracy-building tool, warning that if Internet users get their way, we'll be sending Chris Crocker to the White House. I don't see Sarah Silverman getting a cabinet position in this scenario.

Later, showing how to lose with class, Mr. Colbert welcomed Tony Bennett on the show, whose TV special recently beat out The Colbert Report for Best Variety Show at the Emmys. Personally I think Tony Bennett is beyond overrated, so I was thrilled when Mr Colbert jumped to join Tony halfway through "Who's Got the Laugh Last Now". Mr Colbert could scarcely contain his excitment, and he actually sounded pretty good too. Perhaps there is a "Colbert: The Musical" on the horizon.

Watch Stephen Colbert's duet with Tony Bennett now.

Oh my God -- Silverman's a superstar!

Sarasteveagee  Look what's happened to Sarah Silverman in less than one year.  Last year at this time, she was counting her blessings on The Howard Stern Show about how "lucky" she was that Comedy Central picked up six episodes of her show.  She was happy that someone threw her a bone.

"The Sarah Silverman Program" was a hit and was picked up immediately last spring, but it just sort of seemed like another not-so-newsworthy achievement in the world of a semi-successful  actress/comedienne who'd been struggling to make it big for years.

Colbert Gaytion: Art of the Dry Heave

Forget the flag-waving breeders of the Colbert Nation. I'm a gay Stephen Colbert addict - and just like I need my Mocha Frappucino (no fat, no whip) , I need me a daily dose of Colbert to keep me going . Watching Stephen Colbert is like watching a master at the top of his game. His facile turn of a phrase or piercing stare under a severely-arched eyebrow is frankly unmatched on TV, as is his nightly willingness to do whatever it takes to seperate himself from the pack; I don't see Leno, Kimmel or even John Stewart dancing in a Korean pop music video anytime soon. Need further proof of his genius?

Check out his segment from last week, "The Craziest F@#%$% Thing". Watch him as he reports on Japan's new Mayonnaise Bar,where you can order a cocktail with mayo on the rim of the glass. And watch Colbert do the best freakin' dry heave you have ever seen. A triple-take dry heave! He literally elevates to such an art form, it makes Mr. Roper's double-takes and Jack Tripper's spit-takes pale in comparison.

Watch the dry heave now!

Sarah Silverman's abortion memories

Saragaysteveagee Gay fans of Sarah “I tell my nieces and nephews that each time they lose at tag, an angel dies of AIDS” Silverman buckle up – the second season of the proudly un-PC comedienne’s Comedy Central show starts October 3rd.

We all knew she was funny, but the first season of “The Sarah Silverman Program” exceeded everyone’s expectations. It also exceeded gay expectations.

"Heroes" -- Claire's new boy toy

If we "Heroes" fans were missing Claire's gay bff Zach from last season, we've forgotten him now that dreamy boy-next-door West (Nick D’Agosto) is on the scene! He's so cute, especially when he's floating outside Claire's window. Ok, that's a little stalker-like, but his intentions are obviously good. And he's so cute!

"Heroes" -- Molly has two daddies!

Matt's divorced and raising the lil' human compass Molly with Mohinder! Can their fake gay marriage overcome the loss of gay-enigma character Zach (will he be back now that Claire's moved to Cali?) and the apparent death of George Takei's Kaito Nakamura?

"Top Chef" -- Brokeback Kitchen

Just when you thought "Top Chef" couldn't get any gayer, here's BRAVO's summary of part one of the finals this Wednesday:

"The final four face off in the quickfire challenge by the Frying Pan River, as they scramble to clean, gut and prepare trout for the judges ... Then it's off to the rodeo for a hoedown where they mingle with cowboys and cowgirls before they face off in the complicated elimination challenge."

Who's more likely to have his own cowboy outfit at the ready: Dale or Hung?
