Battling it Out for the Weekend TV Hunk

Graham's Television Hunk for the Weekend is a tough battle. There are a lot of shows I don't catch on Saturday and Sunday, but strangely they are populated by a number of guys who will certainly make you stand up and take notice.

I've never seen "Shark" or "Cold Case," but the hunks they boast are almost reason to watch. Sam Page on "Shark" is one of the cutest guys I've seen on tv. But since I've never watched even 3 seconds of that show, he's ineligible. Same goes for the two cuties Danny Pino and Jeremy Ratchford on "Cold Case." Danny has that exotic dark-haired look and Jeremy is just a big ol' teddy bear, but "Cold Case" isn't a show I follow.

Hot hot hot is how I'd talk about three guys on "Desperate Housewives." Yeah yeah yeah, it has its tiresome moments, but Nathan Fillon, Shawn Pyfrom, and James Denton are reason enough to watch. James has done his plumber thing since the show began, just as Shawn has done the gay son thing too. But both are totally irresistible. And "Housewives" newbie Nathan Fillon is a great addition. Not only was he on "Buffy" and "Firefly," but he has perfect hair. Plus, he reminds me of Bruce Boxleitner in his younger "Scarecrow and Mrs. King" days.

So that leaves me with two hotties remaining. And even as I type this, I'm not sure who wins. Eh...that's a lie. I know. On one hand you have Dave Annable from "Brothers & Sisters," one of my favorite shows on tv. But then on the other hand you have Eric Winter on the new show "Viva Laughlin," who incindently is also a recurring character on "Brothers & Sisters." Dave is the obvious choice for weekend hottie. Everybody loves his scruffy dimples and slack-eyed stare. And his war-torn storyline on the show is just so juicy. But Eric Winter is my pick. He played a gay priest on "B&S," was an alien (kind of) on "Days of Our Lives," and looks to turn up the heat on the new show "Viva Laughlin." From his "Days" days, I can tell you that Eric has an amazing body--I just pray CBS lets him take his shirt off. And of all the guys this week, Eric might just have the best naughty grin. But that's another story.
