Colbert clip: Who Hearts Huckabee? Not the HRC!

My fanatical Colbert Report viewing took a hit with the writers' strike - it just pained me too much to see my dreamy would-be fascist not getting all the laughs he deserves.

Well, he's back on track with his new series, "Better Know a Lobbyist". After realizing that it is in fact lobbyists, and not congressional representatives, that hold the real power in this country (or perhaps, finding that no congressmen or women were willing to come on the show...thanks for nothing, Nancy Pelosi!), Colbert has smartly turned to lobbyists as his next victims.

His first one? Joe Solmonese, a lobbyist for the HRC, who somehow maintains a mostly "straight" face for an interview covering everything from Huckabee to gay marriage to the ownership of "pride". Chalk another victory up for Team Colbert!
