Luke and Noah Kiss Again -- Finally...
(Getty Image) After what seems like forever, "As The World Turns'" Luke (Van Hansis) and Noah (Jake Silbermann) actually had another on-screen kiss. It was completely unexpected; there hadn't been any indication on any of the show's spoiler blogs that this was going to happen.
The guys hadn't kissed since last September, causing an uproar among fans who felt that the young gay couple was not being treated the same as the heterosexual couples on the CBS soap. There has been speculation that there had been pressure to ease up on the physical nature of their romance, fueled by the Christmas episode where the camera panned to the mistletoe right before the boys kissed. And another recent instance was the infamous Valentine's Day episode, which showed the boys only hugging while other hetecouples kissed away.
With Noah now in a sham marriage with Ameera (Tala Ashe) in order to keep her from being deported to Iraq, there was speculation if Luke and Noah would have any kind of intimacy again. The question now is whether this will be it for another 7 months or so, or if Luke and Noah will be able take things further.

I think that it is great that "LUKE" and "NOAH" kiss. Being gay myself,
I'm out and proud. Holding hands and just being around each other just isn't enough. Kissing shows just how
much they love each other. I applaud that they kissed and hope that they
keep on doing it. Gay people are
human too and if the Heterosexuals "breeders" can't handle it, then they should live in a cave away from real life.

You know i'm gay my self and i hope "NOAH AND LUKE " KEEP IT UP if the breeders don't like it then they can go to hell.. I think it's B.S. that any gay person should have to hide any thing anymore.. We should be able to live our own lives just like they do...
Me and my husband we went to Las Vegas to get married back in Dec.11 1999 and we got married.. We live just like everyone.. we have bought a car together and everything else so it's about time..

I am very pleased to see and hear that the gay community have a voice with television. I am gay and I know how if feels to hide who you are. Love to se more.

i just started to watch this show and like it so much. im gay myself and this life is so hard to live and love to see it on tv and hope one day that will be me and my furture bf.

Hi, I would like to express my opinion on Luke and Noah showed the very thing i have always wanted to see. I am gay and have been all my life and still have no boyfriend. I sure wish i had one, like Luke or Noah. I have love just like they do and no one to share it with. I want to become a model, sure i am not the greatest looking guy, but that is beside the point. I would love to go our and model underwear or become a nude model. To see these boys kiss on the show was fabulous and made me jealous. I want a guy like them too. I sure hope that someday that a guy will read this and srite me cause nutty4a69@sbcglobal.net is not a hard address to follow. Well I must go cause the show is almost on here. The actor playing Luke (Van Hansis) is 26, and Jake Silberman who plays Noah is 24.
Remember this is soap opera. There is sure to be a slip up with the fake marriage, which in 9 months will add a new character to the story line. Then there will be a scandal, a custody battle, maybe a deportation, and then Luke and Noah will adopt.
