New York is in the motha-effen house once again, except this time the self-proclaimed H.B.I.C. is not taking on a house full of women fighting for the heart of Flavor Flav or a mansion full of men, duking it out for hers.  These days, New York is taking on a much scarier beast -- Hollywood.

On VH1's hilarious new series “New York Goes to Hollywood,” Tiffany “New York” Pollard hopes to finally realize her dream of making it in Tinseltown, not as a reality star, but as a bona fide actress.

His representatives just announced that the Latin heartthrob—who is rumored to be gay, although he has never come out—fathered twin boys with a surrogate mother. No further information has been released on the babies who were born a few weeks ago, according to The Associated Press.

Gay "Mr. Military" on working for Diddy

No, he's not the lead singer of The Cure: This Robert Smith is a breath of fresh air on reality television, as an openly gay man not on "Project Runway" or "Shear Genius." This ex-military man and current advertising and media buyer for a New York agency WAS, until recently, one of the more "straight-laced" individuals competing to be Mr. Combs's assistant on VH1's "I Want To Work For Diddy."

I talked with Smith about getting voted off the show Monday night, "Don't ask, don't tell" and what the future holds for this good boy outside of Bad Boy Entertainment.

So, Robert, you -- Mr. Military -- failed at the military exercise in episode two. How does that make you feel?

You know, all I can do is laugh at myself, because of how everything went down. It's the height of irony. And what show do you see irony like that on? I just have to laugh, be positive, and shrug it off. I'm a little disappointed in some ways, I suppose, but I can't undue what's already been done.

But it's funny how I was framed as the guy in the military and not much else. I was been honorably discharged five years ago, and managed to go to Syracuse and graduate with a Bachelor's of Science, and have done all these other things, too.

Ellen, Portia getting hitched Saturday!

So ... what would you get them as a wedding gift?

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are set to get married Saturday, August 16, Us Magazine is reporting.

No red-carpet razzmatazz for this couple, who will wed in a small ceremony for friends and family only. De Rossi, 35, will be decked out in a flowy Zac Posen; DeGeneres, 50, hasn't mentioned what she's wearing, but I'm suspecting the old suit-n-sneakers.

The date may be a surprise, but the marriage plans are no secret: Ellen announced on her show in May, after the California Supreme Court ruled in favor of same-sex marriage, that she and Portia would get hitched.

"It's something that we've wanted to do and we want it to be legal and we are very, very excited," DeGeneres said.

Kathy Griffin Shakes Up The Military

I never thought I'd find myself moved to tears during an episode of Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List, but I was last night.

As we saw on the season finale, Kathy went to visit the soldiers at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. These are the guys who served in Iraq and Afghanistan and came home missing limbs.
