Who’s On Their Way to Bryant Park?
(All images Bravo TV)
So we're down to the final four in this week's episode of Project Runway and soon we'll know which three contestants will be showing their stuff at New York's Fashion Week.
I'd love to say that I'm pumped and excited about the upcoming finale, but this season has really bored the shit out of me and I'm only gonna watch in hopes that Kenley gets the bitch slap she deserves. My money is on mousey Leanne finally snapping and going all Silence-of-the-Lamb-Seamstress on her ass. In case you've missed t his season, it's come down to:
Jerell
To me he is completely inconsistent and I'm really surprised he's still in the game. I think his strategy was to stay under the radar until pretty late in the season and then come on strong. Whenever the judges pile on the accolades, I keep thinking I just don't get it.
Highlight: Jerell hit his stride (at least according to the judges) when he won episode 9's What's Your Sign challenge. He's won or been at the top of each challenge since then.
Low Point: Only a fag would think that a season-abroad-ish, oversized hat, high-heeled and pencil skirt number would be appropriate for the opening ceremonies of the Summer Olympics.
Leanne
Sometimes understated to the point of blah (both fashion- and personality-speaking), Leanne peppers this year's challenge with a bit of elegance (a teeny tiny bit of elegance).
Highlight: Her win with a heavy metal mini in the auto-licious Fashion That Drives challenge in episode 7 was pure magic, even though it helped send hunky and brooding Keith packing.
Low Point: She was in the bottom two in the eco-friendly textiles challenge in episode 2, "Grass is always greener".
Korto
I had high expectations for Korto after she used real food in the grocery store challenge. She stands out to me as someone who can design for real sized women and that may be why a couple of her looks seemed to swallow her model.
Highlight: She nailed the Olympic challenge with a stylish yet athletic two piece that would flatter every female athlete. Another standout was her woven seatbelt wrap.
Low Point: Like most of the contestants, her piece for episode 12's Nature Calls runway challenge was underwhelming. Along with being unflattering, it looked like a bowl of peach sherbet.
Kenley
This year's undeserved and un-fierce diva has all of Christian's arrogance without the snap. Her styles are uneven…she thinks she's doing retro, I think she'd doing no-no.
Highlight: In episode 3 Kenley's teal/aqua/purple marbled mumbo jumbo stole the win away from Leanne's stylish manhole cover-inspired magic.
Low Point: Episode 12's scary scaly mess.
My prediction is that Jerell, Leanne and Kenley will be the three displaying at Bryant Park with Korto getting jettisoned this week.
Then look for Leanne to take the big prize with the most cohesive vision of a collection.
So what's your prediction? Who do you think will win season 5?

Who's on their way to Bryant Park? Simple: All 4. Regardless of what the next challenge results in. Since season 1, they've been putting in decoy collections to throw people off, and only season 3 (which was the first to have 4 contestants) didn't have a decoy. Heck, even in season 4, not only did Chris show at Bryant Park, but so did Sweet P. So, all 4 are going... which ones will still be up for a prize, however, lord only knows.

well i have watched the show year after year, and ahve become a big fan, I don't always agree with your choices but come to understand with time. However kenley has got to be the worse one yet. She should have been gone a long time ago. she has no respect or consideration for anyother, judges or contestents alike. To hear her talk ,she thinks that she is all that, and demands respects and is unwilling to give it in return.
I have come to love the show and i hope this yeah choices doesn't leave a bad taste in my mouth.
A loyal fan

Last week I couldn't stop laughing when Heidi asked the designers who they wanted to come with them to Bryant Park. I was in stitches (pun intended) when the 3 good designers threw Kenley under the bus...To have her not be eliminated with her crappy attitude and even crappier designs makes me mad.
She should be booted for being disrespectful to Tim! Tim needs to bitch slap some respect into her and then tell her to "clean up your space bitch cause you can't make it work" and let's move on to Bryant Park!

GO Leanne! Bravo already has their collections up for view on their site... and Leanne is by far the winner! And shes from Portland! Last years winner Christian also says her collection was without a doubt the best and shes gonna win! Check it out on the Bravo site its AMAZING. BTW Joe and Suede also showed at Bryant Park.

Pretty much, everyone is in agreement that they do not like Kenley. However, I have got to give the girl kudo's for standing up for herself.
Just like most reality shows, these kids have to stand in front of the judges and be put down, insulted, made fun of and basically told that they suck.
How would you react to the a group of people telling you what you put your heart and soul into, looks like shit?
I was floored when Korto got pissed at Kenley for throwing her under the bus when she and the other 2 designers just threw Kenley under the bus.
That girl has some "balls" to stand up for herself and tell the judges to f**k off.
I think it's awesome.

Gee, what will people be wearing this next season when the Chinese call in their 53 Trillion dollar debt from the US government?
On the bright side, we will all have that skinny fashion model look!

I'm sorry but I love Kenley, I liked most of his designes, I think the one that should be eliminated should be Jerrel or Koto, although Koto was consistant, she hasn't wowed me, On the other had Jerel was always inconsistant, he wowed me at the end but ... nope.
