Perez Hilton Says He Was Bullied By The Black Eyed Peas

Perez Hilton I don’t always agree with Perez Hilton, but I am firmly in his corner today, and I believe he is telling the truth about the Black Eyed Peas incident in Toronto over the weekend.

Have you heard about it?

In brief, Perez contends that Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas tried to intimidate him and that he was actually physically attacked by Liborio "Polo" Molina, the manager of the Black Eyed Peas. According to The Toronto Star, Molina has indeed been arrested by Toronto police and charged with assault in relation to the case.

Eminem Gets A Face Full Of Bruno

Eminen got a face full of Bruno's crotch during the MTV Movie Awards last night.

As you'll see in the clip below, Bruno, Sacha Baron Cohen's gay Austrian fashionista alter ego, soared above the audience dressed as an angel. Or maybe he was a bird. In any case, he was wearing wings—and not much else.

Suddenly, Bruno took a nosedive, landing face first in Eminem's lap.

Eminem—never shy about celebrating homophobia in his music—freaked out, and after his posse helped get him out from underneath Bruno's balls, the rapper, who earlier in the show performed two cuts off his comeback album Relapse, stormed out of the auditorium.

Was Eminem in on the joke? He certainly could have been, but then again, maybe he wasn't. After all, Sacha Baron Cohen is famous for ambushing and humiliating people.

What do you think?

[Editor's update: Nigel Lythgoe has issued a public apology for his remarks.  Read the full story here].

Boy, gay viewers haven’t been this offended by something they’ve seen on television in a long time.  I’m talking about last night’s episode of “So You Think You Can Dance,” where five minutes of possibly the most homophobic dialogue took place by blank creator blank.

We want to know what you think.  If you missed the clip that everyone’s talking about, watch it below.  After you watch, we invite you to post your opinion of what took place on the comments section below.

Ellen's Commencement Speech

In her own inimitable style, Ellen Degeneres delivered what will likely go down as one of the best commencement speeches of all time. Not because of it's heady rhetoric or political grandstanding, but for it's humanity. Well, that and the fact that she tells the 2009 graduating class of Tulane that when they grow up, most of them will be gay.

Ellen's speech touches on the small shared truths of all our lives which often get lost in the overly-constructed oratory of commencement speechifying. Her mix of vulnerability and humor enables her to speak of tragedy (losing a girlfriend in a car crash at 19) and failure (losing her career after coming out) in a way relevant not only to 22 year olds, but to anyone who has loved, struggled, or lived with a secret. So basically everyone on this planet, straight or gay.

She tells her audience that at 22 years old, the graduates don't yet know themselves (case in point: she tells them that at her age, she was dating men), reassures them that that's OK, and that of course, life will be full of struggle and surprises. But coming from Ellen, a person with no agenda, political or otherwise, her perspective is relevant, her story is inspirational, and her geniuness is palpable. And the jokes are good too.
