Ellen Has Something To Say About Adam Lambert

Ellen DeGeneres Ellen DeGeneres certainly has to relate to Adam Lambert's ballyhoed coming out. While she famously told Newsweek, "Yep, I'm gay," the American Idol runner up just told Rolling Stone, "I'm proud of my sexuality."

In turn, Ellen is proud of Adam. "I'm proud of him, and I'm happy for anyone who has the guts to actually tell the world who they are and not fear they are going to lose their career or alienate anybody," Ellen tells TV Guide.

Eminem Gets A Face Full Of Bruno

Eminen got a face full of Bruno's crotch during the MTV Movie Awards last night.

As you'll see in the clip below, Bruno, Sacha Baron Cohen's gay Austrian fashionista alter ego, soared above the audience dressed as an angel. Or maybe he was a bird. In any case, he was wearing wings—and not much else.

Suddenly, Bruno took a nosedive, landing face first in Eminem's lap.

Eminem—never shy about celebrating homophobia in his music—freaked out, and after his posse helped get him out from underneath Bruno's balls, the rapper, who earlier in the show performed two cuts off his comeback album Relapse, stormed out of the auditorium.

Was Eminem in on the joke? He certainly could have been, but then again, maybe he wasn't. After all, Sacha Baron Cohen is famous for ambushing and humiliating people.

What do you think?

Simon Crowns Adam...Almost

Adam Lambert Are there boundaries to declaring the next "American Idol" champ early? Apparently, nothing can contain the likes of Adam Lambert — not even a difficult new ballad co-written by Kara DioGuardi.

Simon Cowell all but crowned the California glam rocker the winner of Tuesday night's final performance show over Kris Allen, the acoustic guitar player who struggled mightily to stay in tune on "No Boundaries," co-written by the fourth "Idol" judge.

Lambert had no such trouble with the upper-register pop ballad, and Cowell said he genuinely believed the show had found a true star in the 27-year-old theater actor.

Adam vs. Kris: Who's Your Pick

Kris Allen Adam Lambert After four months, American Idol Season 8 is coming down to a surprisingly exciting and dramatic finale this week. It’s no surprise that longtime judge- and fan-favorite Adam Lambert has fought his way to the last elimination stage, but who would have predicted that soft-spoken and humble Kris Allen would be one of the last two standing? And not only is he standing, but he’s giving Adam a run for his money vote-wise. Ryan Seacrest reveled on last week’s show that only a narrow margin separated the top two contestants.

Here’s a primer for Tuesday and Wednesday’s two-part showdown.

Eurovision Contest Becomes Stage For Gay Protests

Sakis Rouvas Finalists from 25 countries performed an array of songs on a Moscow stage Saturday night and held their breath as Europeans voted by telephone to decide the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest — a musical bonanza that is one of the most watched annual television events on the continent.

Flames licked the stage's periphery and vast electronic screens blazed stunning backdrops in a spectacular show, which featured cheesy, high-energy pop and tear-jerking ballads.
